Februar 2020 in Kraft getreten. Das Landesgesetz schlie\u00dft Mieterh\u00f6hungen f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten f\u00fcnf Jahres aus, regelt die Mieth\u00f6he bei Neuvermietung und passt in einigen F\u00e4llen auch vermeintlich \u00fcberh\u00f6hte Bestandsmieten an. F\u00fcr Mietverh\u00e4ltnisse, die bereits vor dem 18. Juni 2019 bestanden, berechnet sich die Miete aus den Faktoren Baualter, Lage der Wohnung, Wohnungsausstattung, Modernisierungszustand sowie einem prozentualen Zuschlag.<\/p>\n

Ab dem 23.
